Team leaderboard

Every salesperson gets their own link, and the leads it brings in count for them

A shared stand has one register and several people filling it. On a team campaign every member has a personal link and QR code: the card page shows their name and face, the lead is credited to them, and the connection email leaves from their address. The campaign leaderboard then shows who brought what back, with the contacts that came through the bare link counted apart.

01

One campaign, one link per person

The team pass opens one shared campaign for the event. Each member finds their personal link and QR code on its page, writes it to their own NFC tag or prints it, and hands out a card that shows them rather than the company. The team page explains the tiers; any tag works, as the NFC card page shows.

02

Attributed at capture, whatever the path

A visitor who taps a member’s card, a contact captured in trade show mode on a member’s phone, a visitor who fills the tablet a member started: all three are credited to that member. The connection email and the follow-up leave from their address, so the reply reaches the person who had the conversation.

03

The leaderboard

The campaign page ranks members by the leads they brought in, and shows separately the contacts that came through the campaign’s own link with nobody attached. It is a count, visible to the whole team, updated as captures arrive. On a three-day fair it tells you by the end of day one which corner of the stand is working.

04

The evening recap

Every evening of the event, the campaign owner and each member who captured that day receive a recap of what the stand brought back: how many contacts, who captured them, how many are still only a photo. The follow-up page covers the rest of the emails.

05

Who may do what

Members read the register and capture leads. The organisation owner and its admins edit the campaign, its form and its emails. Everyone sees the same list, and one export covers the whole event.

06

Seats, not subscriptions

The tier is chosen by the size of the organisation: 3, 10 or 25 people. It is checked at purchase and again at each invitation, and the pass is paid once for a thirty-day campaign. A team that grows past its tier buys the next one for the following event; nothing renews on its own.

Questions

Yes, and it is free. Each member creates an account, joins the organisation on invitation and keeps their own card and profile. What the team pays for is the shared campaign, priced by the number of seats: 49 EUR up to 3 people, 119 up to 10, 249 up to 25, paid once.
