QR poster and NFC tag
Print your QR code at A4, A5 or A6 in one click, and use the tag you already own
A card in your hand reaches one person at a time. A QR code on the stand panel, the counter or the screen reaches everyone who walks past, and it needs nothing from you. Each campaign gives you its code as a high resolution PNG, an SVG for your designer, and a poster sized for A4, A5 or A6 that prints from the browser. The same address goes on any NFC tag, so a card you already own works too.
- Formats
- PNG 1024 px, SVG, A4 / A5 / A6 poster
- NFC tag
- Any tag you own, nothing to buy
- Team campaign
- One personal code per member
01
Two files, one poster
From the campaign page, download the code as a 1024 pixel PNG, sharp on a roll-up banner, or as an SVG that scales to any size your designer needs. The poster opens in the browser with the code, your campaign name and a line inviting the visitor to scan; choose A4, A5 or A6 and print. Nothing else is on the sheet.
02
Where it works best
At standing height on the stand panel, on the counter, on the back of whatever you hand out, and on a screen if you run one. A phone scans a two centimetre code from arm’s length. The QR fallback entry explains why a code belongs next to every NFC tag: taps fail for ordinary reasons, the camera never does.
03
Any NFC tag, including the one in your wallet
The campaign address is a short link, and any NTAG chip holds it with room to spare. Write it with a free phone app to a sticker, a keyring or a card you already own, and leave the tag unlocked so the next event reuses it. The NFC card page compares formats and materials.
04
A personal code for each member
On a team campaign the poster and the downloads exist twice: the campaign’s own code, and each member’s personal one. Print the personal version for each salesperson and the leads it brings in count for them on the leaderboard.
05
The page behind the code
The code opens the campaign’s card page on the visitor’s phone: your name, your face, your company, a button to save your contact, and the form with your questions. There is nothing to install and nothing to create on their side. The trade fair use case shows the whole flow.
06
Reprint nothing
The code points at an address that does not change. Edit your title, your photo, your questions or your follow-up delay and the printed poster stays valid. Only a new campaign gets a new code, which is the point: one code per event, one register per code.
Questions
No. Any NFC tag you own works, and a plain QR code works without any tag at all. LeadShake branded cards are coming and will stay optional. Several competitors only work with the hardware they sell, which is what makes a card from them cost more than the card.
