Recruitment
How do you collect candidate details at a careers fair?
Candidates leave their name, email, phone, job title and LinkedIn in one short form on their own phone, which beats a printed CV you have to transcribe. Candidate data is sensitive, so it matters that the register stays on servers in the European Union.

01
LinkedIn is a field, not an afterthought
The capture form has a LinkedIn field, which is often the only address a candidate can give you reliably from a phone. It lands in the register next to the email.
02
Sensitive data, kept close
A candidate register is personal data about people looking for work, sometimes while employed elsewhere. Keeping it inside the European Union under GDPR, with no enrichment from third party databases, is the conservative choice and the defensible one.
03
Hand it to the ATS
Export the day to XLSX and import it wherever your hiring pipeline lives. Nothing is retyped, so nothing is mistyped.
