How do you collect visitor details at a property viewing?

One card per property
Activate an Event Pass for a property and the viewings get their own register, named after the address. When the sale closes, the register closes with it and the contacts stay exportable.

A shared sign in sheet shows every visitor the names, phone numbers and sometimes the budgets of the people before them. A form on their own phone removes that exposure without slowing anyone down.

Visitors use the free message to say what they are looking for. That single line is usually worth more than the phone number, because it tells you who to call first.
