Qualification questions
Ask your own questions, and get the answers as columns in the export
A name and an email tell you who came by. What you need on the Monday is why: which product, which deadline, which budget, who decides. On an event campaign the form is yours: up to ten questions, each shown to the visitor on the card page, kept for your team in trade show mode, or both. The answers sit on each lead, in the notification email and as columns in the XLSX export.

01
Six kinds of question
Short text, long text, single choice, multiple choice, yes or no, and a rating from one to five. A choice question takes up to twenty options. Mark a question required and the form will not go through without it; leave it optional and a visitor in a hurry can skip it.
02
Who sees which question
Each question has an audience. Visitor: it appears on the card page and on the visitor tablet. Team: it only appears in trade show mode, for the salesperson to answer after the conversation, which is where budget and decision maker belong. Both: it is asked everywhere. Visitors never see what you keep for yourselves.
03
The standard fields follow suit
Company, job title, phone, LinkedIn, message, and the name fields: each one can be required, optional or hidden. Email is always required, because it is what the follow-up needs. A short form converts better at a stand, so hide what you will not use.
04
Answers that travel
Every answer is on the lead page, in the email you receive when a contact comes in, and in its own column of the XLSX export of the campaign. Filter the register on a question, sort by rating, hand the file to whoever runs your pipeline: nothing is retyped and nothing is lost on the way.
05
Why it is paid
The free card comes with the standard form and never expires. Questions belong to event campaigns, which an Event Pass opens for thirty days at 19 EUR: an event is where qualification pays for itself, and that is what keeps the free card free.
06
Three questions beat ten
The form can hold ten, but a stand rarely needs more than three: the project, the timing, and what the visitor wants next. Keep budget and decision power for the team audience, and rate the lead hot, warm or cold on top. The glossary explains what lead qualification covers and what it does not.
Questions
Yes. Edit the form from the campaign page and the next visitor sees the new version. Leads already captured keep the answers they gave, and the campaign export carries one column per question in the current form.
