Conference

How does a speaker collect contacts after a talk?

The closing slide carries the QR code of your card, so the whole room can leave their details in the thirty seconds before they stand up. You can also attach the deck to the campaign, which is the reason most of them scanned in the first place.

01

Trade the deck for the details

Attach your slides to the campaign. The room scans to get the deck, and leaves an email to receive it. Both sides get what they came for, and nobody photographs a slide of contact details.

02

One register per talk

Give each conference its own Event Pass and the register is named after the event, with its dates. Six months later you still know which room a contact came from.

03

The follow-up is the talk’s second life

Set the follow-up delay to a few days and the automatic email arrives once the conference buzz has faded, which is exactly when a reply is possible.

Questions

Yes. Each campaign takes one document in PDF, DOCX or PPTX, offered for download on the card page and linked from the follow-up email.
