Event Pass
A one off purchase, 19 EUR, that opens one extra campaign for 30 days. The 30 days only start when you activate it, so it can be bought before the event. It is a payment, not a subscription.
Buying an Event Pass adds a credit to your account. The credit is not the campaign, and keeping the two apart is the point of the design: you pay when it suits you and start the clock when the event starts, rather than losing days to a countdown that began at checkout.
Activating a credit opens one extra campaign for thirty days. Until then it sits in your account doing nothing.
What it costs, and what it does not
Nineteen euros, once. Nothing renews, no card is kept on file for a later charge, and there is no tier that quietly becomes monthly. The free plan keeps working alongside it with its own card and unlimited capture.
Three variants exist for different rhythms. A pack of three at forty five euros suits a season of fairs, and its credits lapse twelve months after purchase. A year pass at one hundred and forty nine lifts the per campaign limit for twelve months. Team tiers are priced by how many people share the card.
The one deadline to watch
A solo credit bought on its own does not expire. A credit from a pack of three does, twelve months after the purchase, and the date is shown in your dashboard with an email reminder before it passes.
Expiry removes the credit, not the contacts. Anything already captured stays in your register regardless.
